Follow these steps to connect your NOLATR.
1. Prepare your device
- Make sure your NOLATR is charged and close to your phone.
- Turn on Bluetooth.
- Make sure your NOLATR is not connected to another phone or tablet.
Motion & Motion Sport: make sure the band is switched on.
Green light = on · Red light = off.
2. Connect through the NOLATR app
Open the NOLATR app and go to:
Profile → Connect Device → Search Again
Select your NOLATR when it appears.
Depending on the model, you may see a technical Bluetooth name:
- DS... → Motion, Motion Sport or ELUNA
- SY3 → LIORA
- R... → NEX or LUX
This is normal.
Important: Always connect your NOLATR through the NOLATR app, not through your phone's Bluetooth settings.
Unable to connect?
- Open your phone's Bluetooth settings.
- Remove/forget any previously connected DS..., SY3 or R... device.
- Make sure your NOLATR is not connected to another phone or tablet.
- Restart Bluetooth and the NOLATR app.
- Go back to Profile → Connect Device → Search Again.
Still not working? Restart your phone and try again.
First synchronization
After connecting, the first sync starts automatically and can take a few minutes. Keep the app open and Bluetooth on. Sleep, HRV, stress and recovery appear once enough data has been collected, which can take several hours to a few days.
Do I need to connect every time?
No. After the first connection your NOLATR reconnects and syncs automatically when you open the app with Bluetooth on.

For the most accurate health tracking, we recommend wearing your NOLATR ring on your left index finger. This position provides the most stable and reliable data. While other fingers work, the left index finger delivers optimal performance.

Yes! Your NOLATR ring independently monitors your health metrics including heart rate, blood oxygen, and sleep even when not connected to your phone. All data syncs automatically to the app once you reconnect via Bluetooth.
Battery life varies by model and usage, but most NOLATR rings provide several days of continuous tracking on a single charge. The app displays your current battery level so you always know when to recharge.
Yes. You can wash your hands, shower and swim with your NOLATR. Smart rings are water resistant to 5ATM and should not be taken beyond that rating. Smart bracelets are made for showering and surface swimming, not for diving: water pressure at depth can damage them.
Firmware updates are delivered through the NOLATR app. When an update is available, you'll receive a notification. Simply ensure your ring is charged, connected via Bluetooth, and follow the prompts in the app to complete the update.
Shipping & Returns
Orders within the Netherlands typically arrive within 2-3 business days. European deliveries take 3-7 business days depending on location. You'll receive tracking information via email once your order ships.
Shipping is free in the Netherlands and Belgium. For other European countries, the exact cost is shown at checkout based on your delivery address.
Not completely satisfied? You can return unused products in original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Simply contact our support team to initiate your return.
Email our support team with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Once we receive your item, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
Need a different size or color? Contact us within 30 days of delivery. We'll arrange an exchange and guide you through the process to get your perfect product as quickly as possible.
