Make sure the device is active• Charge your ring or bracelet for at least 2 hours.• Wear the ring or activate the bracelet.• Make sure Bluetooth is enabled.

Check permissionsiPhone:• Settings > Privacy & Security > Bluetooth > Allow NOLATR.Android:• Settings > Apps > NOLATR > Permissions > Allow Bluetooth and Location.

Open the NOLATR App• Go to Profile > Connect Device.• Tap “Search Again”.
Step 4
Select your device• Tap the product name when it appears.• Examples: NEX, LUX, Motion, Eluna, or Liora.• Important: Make sure you actually tap the product name to start pairing.

Connect the device• Wait a few seconds.• The message “Connected” will appear.• Synchronization will start automatically.

SynchronizationSuccessfully connected?When your device is paired for the first time, it may take a few minutes before all data becomes visible in the app.• Keep the NOLATR App open for a few minutes after pairing.• Do not close the app immediately.• Do not swipe the app away from the background.• Keep Bluetooth enabled during the first synchronization.No data visible yet?Don't worry. Device not found?• Completely close the NOLATR App.• Open your phone’s Bluetooth settings.• Remove previous pairings by selecting “Forget Device”.• Check whether the device is connected to another phone, tablet, or iPad.• Disable Bluetooth on any device it was previously paired with.• Restart your phone.• Reopen the NOLATR App and tap “Search Again”.Unknown Bluetooth code (R...)• Sometimes the device appears as R10, R9, or another R-code.• This is normal.• Open your Bluetooth settings.• Locate the device that starts with R.• Select “Forget Device”.• Reopen the NOLATR App and search again.
Still unable to connect?• Make sure the device is charged to at least 50%.• Verify that Bluetooth is enabled.• Make sure the app is up to date.• Check that your phone is running the latest software version.• Restart your phone.• Verify once more that the device is not connected to another device.

Yes! Your NOLATR ring independently monitors your health metrics including heart rate, blood oxygen, and sleep even when not connected to your phone. All data syncs automatically to the app once you reconnect via Bluetooth.
Battery life varies by model and usage, but most NOLATR rings provide several days of continuous tracking on a single charge. The app displays your current battery level so you always know when to recharge.
Our smart rings and bracelets feature water resistance suitable for everyday activities including handwashing and light splashes. However, we recommend removing your ring before swimming or showering for optimal longevity.
Firmware updates are delivered through the NOLATR app. When an update is available, you'll receive a notification. Simply ensure your ring is charged, connected via Bluetooth, and follow the prompts in the app to complete the update.

Orders within the Netherlands typically arrive within 2-3 business days. European deliveries take 3-7 business days depending on location. You'll receive tracking information via email once your order ships.
