Follow these steps to connect your NEX, LUX, Motion, Motion Sport, ELUNA or LIORA.
1. Prepare your NOLATR
- Make sure your NOLATR is sufficiently charged.
- Turn on Bluetooth on your phone.
- Keep your NOLATR close to your phone.
- Make sure it is not connected to another phone or tablet.
Motion & Motion Sport:
Make sure the band is switched on.
- Green light = on
- Red light = off
The button is only an on/off button. There is no separate Bluetooth pairing mode.
2. Allow Bluetooth access
Make sure the NOLATR app has permission to use Bluetooth.
iPhone:
Settings → Privacy & Security → Bluetooth → NOLATR
Android:
Settings → Apps → NOLATR → Permissions → allow Bluetooth / Nearby Devices.
3. Connect through the NOLATR app
Open the NOLATR app and go to:
Profile → Connect Device → Search Again
Keep your NOLATR close to your phone and select the device that appears.
Your NOLATR may appear under a technical Bluetooth name:
- DS... → Motion, Motion Sport or ELUNA
- SY3 → LIORA
- R... → NEX or LUX
This is normal.
Important: Always connect your NOLATR through the NOLATR app, not directly through your phone's Bluetooth settings.
Still unable to connect?
Try the following:
- Open your phone's Bluetooth settings.
- Look for a previously connected DS..., SY3 or R... device.
- If you see one, select Forget This Device / Unpair.
- Check that your NOLATR is not connected to another phone, tablet or iPad.
- Completely close the NOLATR app.
- Switch Bluetooth off and back on.
- Open the NOLATR app again.
- Go to Profile → Connect Device → Search Again and connect from within the app.
If it still does not work, restart your phone and try once more.

For the most accurate health tracking, we recommend wearing your NOLATR ring on your left index finger. This position provides the most stable and reliable data. While other fingers work, the left index finger delivers optimal performance.

Yes! Your NOLATR ring independently monitors your health metrics including heart rate, blood oxygen, and sleep even when not connected to your phone. All data syncs automatically to the app once you reconnect via Bluetooth.
Battery life varies by model and usage, but most NOLATR rings provide several days of continuous tracking on a single charge. The app displays your current battery level so you always know when to recharge.
Our smart rings and bracelets feature water resistance suitable for everyday activities including handwashing and light splashes. However, we recommend removing your ring before swimming or showering for optimal longevity.
Firmware updates are delivered through the NOLATR app. When an update is available, you'll receive a notification. Simply ensure your ring is charged, connected via Bluetooth, and follow the prompts in the app to complete the update.
Shipping & Returns
Orders within the Netherlands typically arrive within 2-3 business days. European deliveries take 3-7 business days depending on location. You'll receive tracking information via email once your order ships.
We offer competitive shipping rates across Europe. Exact costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
Not completely satisfied? You can return unused products in original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Simply contact our support team to initiate your return.
Email our support team with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Once we receive your item, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
