Order processing

At NOLATR, we aim to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible.

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 24 hours on business days. Fulfilment is handled through our external warehouse partner MoreStorage, which helps us ensure efficient order handling and reliable shipping.

Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during busy periods, public holidays, or promotional campaigns.

Shipping methods

  • We work with trusted delivery partners to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.

  • For orders within the Netherlands, we ship with PostNL and DHL Parcel.

  • For orders within Europe, we ship with DHL Parcel EU and PostNL International.

  • All orders are shipped with tracking. You receive the tracking details by email once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping costs

  • Netherlands and Belgium: free shipping.

  • Germany: €8.95.

  • Other EU countries: €16.95 to €29.95, depending on the country.

  • Outside the EU: €39.95, for the countries we ship to.

  • The exact shipping rate for your address is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery times

Orders within the Netherlands typically arrive within 2-3 business days. Deliveries within Europe usually take 3-7 business days, depending on the destination.
