Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.
During busy periods (such as holidays or sale events), processing may take slightly longer.
Delivery Times

Other EU countries: 3–10 business days (depending on location)
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout.
Orders over €50 qualify for free shipping within the Netherlands.

We work with trusted carriers such as PostNL and DHL.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including a tracking link to follow your delivery.
Missing or Delayed Orders
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us within 7 days at orders@nolatr.com including your order number. We’ll assist you right away.
Wrong or Damaged Items
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
International Shipping
We currently ship within the European Union.
