Order processing

We ship orders within 24 hours on working days. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with a tracking link.

Shipping costs

• Netherlands and Belgium: free
• Germany: €8.95
• Other EU countries and Monaco: €16.95 or €29.95, depending on the country
• Other countries we deliver to: €39.95

All amounts include VAT. The shipping costs for your country are shown during checkout before you complete your order.

Delivery times

• Netherlands: 2–3 working days
• Germany and the rest of Europe: 3–7 working days

Carriers and tracking

We ship with PostNL and DHL Parcel. Every shipment can be tracked.

Delivery area

We deliver to the countries that can be selected as the delivery country during checkout.

Problems with your delivery

If your shipment is damaged, incomplete or has not arrived, please write to us at support@nolatr.com, stating your order number. We will take care of a solution.
