Returns and Cancellations

At NOLATR, we want you to feel confident when placing your order. If something is not right, you can return your product within 30 days of receiving it, provided it is unused, undamaged, and returned in its original condition.

Returning your order

If you would like to return an item, please contact our support team first. We will guide you through the return process and let you know exactly what to do next.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be returned complete and in good condition. Please make sure all parts that came with your order are included. If the original packaging is no longer available, use suitable packaging that keeps the product well protected during transport.

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Return shipping costs

If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, the return shipping costs are your responsibility.

If your product arrived damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us. We will review the issue and make sure an appropriate solution is offered.

Cancelling an order

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We can only cancel orders that have not yet been processed or shipped.

If your order has already been shipped, you can still return it after delivery in line with the return conditions on this page.

Warranty

NOLATR offers a 2 year manufacturer’s warranty on production faults and technical defects under normal use.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, improper handling, normal wear and tear, or repairs carried out by unauthorized parties.
